To do this, let me provide you with a brief information on how to stay:

The entrance to the hotel Cronwell Nika Center and getting the key to the room is made only on the guest card.
Outsiders, at the request of the resident and with the notification of the administrator, may stay at the Cronwell Nika Center Hotel from 8:00 to 23:00.
Hotel Cronwell Nika Center is equipped with personal safe boxes for you to store valuables free of charge. The hotel is not responsible for the safety of personal and valuable items.
We ask you to carefully treat the property and equipment of the hotel Cronwell Nika Center, to observe silence and order. Living in the hotel is prohibited: to leave in the room of unauthorized persons in his absence; transfer the key and guest card to unauthorized persons; store bulky items in the room, flammable, explosive, toxic, narcotic materials and substances; use heating devices. Leaving the room should close the door, water taps, turn off the lights, TV, air conditioning.
Upon departure from the hotel Cronwell Nick Center, a full payment for the services provided must be made and the number and key delivered to the administrator of the Accommodation Service. It takes from 5 to 10 minutes to accept the number.
Bed linen is changed every three days; towel, hotel perfume - daily; bathrobes, slippers - for the entire stay.
Accommodation at the Cronwell Nika Center Hotel is carried out on the basis of the presentation of identity documents, in accordance with clause 8 of the provision "The provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" from 1997.
Booking a room at a time is charged at a rate of 10% of the cost of the booked room per day. If the Guest is late by more than three hours from the expected arrival, the reservation is canceled.
Subject to availability, the Guest may be provided with two seats in a double room with full payment for the room.
Payment for accommodation services is carried out according to the price list approved by the director of the hotel "NIKA".
The hotel Cronwell Nika Center operates a single checkout time - 12 o'clock in the afternoon local time. In case of a delay in the departure of the Guest after checkout time, payment for six hours of accommodation is provided. After 18:00 to 24:00 payment is charged for half the night. After 24:00 payment is taken for the full cost of the day. For late arrivals, the fee is charged for half the night. For stays of less than a day, the fee is charged for a full day.
For the accommodation of children under the age of 7 years without providing a separate place no fee is charged.
Payment for accommodation and additional services is made in Russian rubles for cash and cashless payments, as well as on plastic cards VISA, Master Card, etc.
In case of violation of the rules of residence, the hotel administration has the right to refuse the Guest to continue their stay.
The book of comments and suggestions is located at the Reception and Accommodation Service and is issued upon the first request of the Guest (except for those who are in a state of intoxication). Requirements and complaints are considered by the administration immediately.
The guest, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, indemnifies the damage caused to the property of the hotel, and is also responsible for other offenses.
